Inmate Visitation

The Cowley County Jail is now using NCIC Inmate Communications for inmate visitations and messaging

NCIC Inmate Communications is available to use on IOS Apple, Android Play store, and on Personal Computers via their website

To use the Android or IOS Apple platforms please download the NCIC APP and sign up for an account and follow the instructions

To use a personal computer, you can visit the NCIC Website at https://www.ncic.com/  which will guide you through signing up as well as provide other options available through the NCIC website

The visiting hours for the Cowley County Jail have expanded and allowed more time for visitation. Visitation is every day for the hours listed below

Note: When possible scheduling 24 hours in advance should help insure jail approvals and inmate notification are completed

 8:00 AM thru 11:00 AM

1:00 PM thru 4:40 PM

  6:00 PM thru 10:00 PM

    With NCIC Inmate Communications you have two options for visitation

1. You can use the kiosk provided in the visitation lobby at no charge
2. You can also have remote visits which does have a fee that will be explained on the app or website

Visitations should be scheduled 24 hours in advance so that they can be approved, and the inmate can be notified of the time of a scheduled visit
