Mark Krusor has been the Cowley County Counselor for the past 8 years. After graduating from Washburn University School of Law, Cum Laude in 1976, he began practicing law in Winfield. He carries the highest peer review rating of AV and has for 30 years, held that rating. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Cowley County Bar Association, The Kansas County Counselors Association, and is licensed in state and federal courts in Kansas.
