A CDDO Department Advisory Board composed of seven members was created to ensure that developmentally disabled individuals in Cowley County receive efficient delivery of services. The CDDO Advisory Board actively participates in the operations of the CDDO Department (in an advisory capacity)and makes formal recommendations anually to the Cowley County Board of Commissioners concerning the functions and responsibilities of the CDDO Department.
