The realtors in Ark City are amazing. We were able to rent a home from a local realtor for a few months while we were looking for a home. Something I never knew was possible! They set us up on a monthly basis and kept us informed until a home became available. We found our home in a newer development and  are amazed at the friendships and sense of community our neighborhood has. We have been known to have monthly parties in the summer moving from one garage to another and all of the kids have the run of the neighborhood. My family is proud to be a part of the neighborhood and we love it!
