Workforce Analysis Survey

If you’re in human resources, running a business or organization and trying to fill positions, you may be one of many experiencing the struggles of hiring! 

We are working to identify reasons as to why we’re experiencing difficulties in filling positions. To do this, we have partnered with Next Move Group and Future Focus Development Solutions, LLC, to complete a workforce gap analysis to give us a true, broad scope of what our workforce needs look like. 

The first step in the analysis is to gather feedback from as many businesses and organizations as we can; rather big or small, public or private, service or manufacturing, we NEED to hear from you! The more feedback we receive, the better outcome information we will receive. Even if you have not experienced a challenge in hiring, knowing needed employment skills will be very beneficial.

Your response submits directly to the Future Focus Development team and is completely confidential. 

Once the survey results are compiled, they will visit Cowley County to complete one-on-one interviews to dig deeper into the survey results. 

At the completion of the study, Next Move Group and Future Focus Development will provide a presentation of findings and participate in a discussion of next steps and how best to use the information to benefit businesses and workforce development.
