• Process child care licensing/registration applications
• Carry out monitoring visits to licensed child care sites
• Investigate child care complaints
• Provides monthly in-services for child care providers

This online information system is a tool to support families in making informed child care choices and can be used to review compliance history of a current or potential child care provider.
