Clerk/Elections

The County Clerk’s Office assists in filling out the Homestead and Safe Senior Tax forms.

The County Clerk in Cowley County also serves as the Election Officer and is responsible for all federal, state and local elections in Cowley County.

The Real Estate unit is responsible for transferring of ownership on all real estate parcels. Completes budgets for the 25 townships, 11 special districts and 8 fire districts. All budgets in the county are filed with the Office and levies are set and certified to the County Treasurer every November.
